RV & Tent Camping

RV Spaces • $60 5-Day Pass • Per Site
• Designed to accommodate 8 adults.
• RV spaces are 35 ft. wide x 50 ft. deep.
• One tow or pull vehicle allowed per site.
• $20 per extra vehicle.
• Check-in Thursday, August 18 starting at noon.
• Check-out Monday, August 22 by noon.
• Each RV campsite is identified by a Row number and Space number. Campers can purchase these sites on a first come, first served basis. Renewable annually by calling 541-345-WCMF (9263).

Tent Spaces • $60 5-Day Pass • Per Site
• Designed to accommodate 6 adults.
• Tent spaces are 30 ft. wide x 50 ft. deep.
• One vehicle allowed per site.
• $20 per extra vehicle.
• Check-in Thursday, August 18 starting at noon.
• Check-out Monday, August 22 by noon.
• Each tent campsite is identified by a Row number and Space number. Campers can purchase these sites on a first come, first served basis. Renewable
annually by calling 541-345-WCMF (9263).

Camping Facilities & Services
All camping areas include portable toilet facilities, hand washing units, and complimentary trash pickup. Potable water only available at the Water Station located at the property entrance.

Showers
Showers are on festival grounds - reserve yours now! Shower hours are available from 7am to 7pm. Three vouchers for $10.00

Camp Hosts
The Bi-Mart Willamette Country Music Festival will provide Camp Hosts for our RV and tent camping areas. Camp Hosts will be available to assist campers find their sites, and to answer any festival related questions. Our Camp Hosts are there for your safety and assistance, to ensure your festival experience is a pleasant one.

First Come, First Served
All RV and Tent camp site reservations are taken and sold on a first come, first served basis. Although the Bi-Mart Willamette Country Music Festival would like to accommodate all potential campers, it may not be possible due to space limitations on the festival property. We encourage all potential campers to purchase their camping reservations as early as possible.
